Deliveries for these\norders have already commenced and will continue through the second quarter of\n2028.\n\nMitchell Binder, President and CEO of Orbit International commented, “We are\npleased to report bookings in excess of $1,400,000 for our OPG for the month\nof July 2026. The strong bookings for the month were due principally to\nincreased bookings for power supplies utilizing our VPX technology along with\na sizable non-VPX COTS military order and various commercial orders. Total\n2026 year-to-date OPG bookings are up 87.8% compared to the same period in\n2025, highlighted by orders for our VPX power supplies, which have increased\napproximately 81.3% over the same period in 2025. The utilization of VPX\ntechnology continues to gain traction in the defense marketplace as evidenced\nby an increase in follow-on awards and new opportunities. In addition to VPX,\nour OPG continues to bid on other significant COTS military opportunities.\nFurthermore, our OPG is still waiting on a significant follow-on VPX power\nsupply award from a large defense contractor which we hope will be received\nprior to the end of the third quarter.”\n\nBinder added, “Orders for our Electronics Group (“OEG”), particularly\nour Orbit Instrument division, continue to face delays at the prime or U.S.\nGovernment level. These delays are affecting sole source follow-on\nopportunities which are expected to be booked at some point in the near\nfuture. Several orders are expected in the month of August, assuming no\nfurther delay. It should be noted that the timing of the receipt of military\nawards is always an uncertainty. Although proposals for our Simulator Product\nSolutions LLC subsidiary have increased over the prior year by 16.6%, bookings\nhave decreased year-to-date by 10.3%, principally due to the timing of receipt\nof new awards. Barring unforeseen delays, we are hopeful for firm bookings\nfrom the OEG in the second half of 2026.”  \n\nOrbit International Corp., through its Electronics Group, is involved in the\ndevelopment and manufacture of custom electronic device and subsystem\nsolutions for military, industrial and commercial applications through its\nproduction facilities in Hauppauge, NY and Carson, CA.
