This means that operations can continue even if there are\ndisruptions in the community's normal supply system.\n\n\nThe project also includes installing a new geothermal heating plant that will\nheat both the central kitchen and the school's existing premises. An emergency\nwater well will also be dug on the grounds to ensure access to clean water in\ncase of disturbances in the municipal water supply. In addition, a new backup\npower unit will make it possible to supply power to both the central kitchen\nand the school during longer outages.\n\n\"It's fantastic that we're about to start the construction of a new central\nkitchen with a standby function in Torsby Municipality.
