In accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the\nCompany has a period of 180 calendar days from the date of notification, until\nMarch 9, 2027 (the “Compliance Period”), to regain compliance with the\nMinimum Bid Price Requirement.
