(TSXV: THX) (AIM: THX) (\"Thor\" or the \"Company\") is pleased\nto announce encouraging maiden exploration drilling results from its Marahui\nGold Project (\"Marahui\" or the \"Licence\") in northeastern Côte d'Ivoire. The\nproject forms part of a portfolio of early-stage exploration licences in Côte\nd'Ivoire which also includes the 100% owned Guitry Gold Exploration Project,\nand an option to earn up to an 80% interest in the Boundiali Exploration\nPermit, located in north-west Côte d'Ivoire.\n\nHighlights\n\nThe assay results include:\n* Drillhole MRRC26-008 - 6 metres (\"m\") at 5.60 grams per tonne (\"g/t\") Au\nfrom 129m\n* Drillhole MRRC26-012 - 9m at 5.40 g/t Au from 40m\n* Drillhole MRRC26-115 - 6m at 6.20 g/t Au from 74m\n* Drillhole MRRC26-053 - 8m at 3.60 g/t Au from 35m\n* Drillhole MRRC26-143 - 8m at 3.40 g/t Au from 50m\n* Drillhole MRRC26-052 - 5m at 3.60 g/t Au from 75m\nSegun Lawson, President & CEO, stated:\n\n\"We are extremely encouraged by this maiden set of drilling results which have\nfollowed the initial early exploration success at this Licence.\n\n\"These encouraging results show high-grade mineralisation at a significant\nstrike length demonstrating the potential scale of Marahui and are an\nimportant step forward for Thor's exploration portfolio in Côte d'Ivoire.\nWide, high-grade intersections which are characterised over a 4km strike\nlength, including 6m at 6.20g/t Au, 9m at 5.40g.t Au and 6m at 5.60g/t Au\nreinforce our already high confidence in the Licence.\n\n\"The scale of the opportunity is particularly encouraging. The drilling to\ndate has identified multiple parallel gold-bearing veins within a shear\ncorridor extending over more than 4 km, yet drilling has tested only\napproximately 30% of the overall geological trend. With further additional\ngeochemical anomalies already defined within the Licence, we have a clear\npipeline of targets to test with our ongoing drilling program.\n\n\"Marahui remains at an early stage, and we are delighted to start with these\nencouraging results which open up a material and exciting new exploration\nopportunity for Thor. We look forward to testing the additional targets over\nthe coming months and reporting the remaining pending results as we build a\nclear understanding of the project's scale and potential.\"\n\nIntroduction\n\nThe Marahui Project comprises exploration permit PR902, covers 250 square\nkilometres (km(2)) and is located in the Bondoukou Region of northeastern\nCôte d'Ivoire (Figure 1).\n\nThe Marahui permit is underlain by an arcuate, north-westerly trending\nsequence, Birimian schistose volcano sedimentary rocks, which are surrounded\nby intrusive granites. In the contact zone, volcano-sediments show strong\nfoliation and silicification. Observed gold mineralisation is controlled by a\nNW-SE shear zone in volcano-sediment schists and by extensional WNW-ESE quartz\nveins in granite.\n\nPrevious soil geochemical sampling and geological mapping around artisanal\nworkings identified two parallel anomalous structures. The larger anomaly\nextends for approximately 4 kilometres (\"km\") and is approximately 200m wide.\nFollow-up rock-chip sampling of material from artisanal workings along this\nstructure confirmed bedrock gold mineralisation, returning values of up to\n23.1g/t Au (Figure 2).\n\n(https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/7003/314280_6cd08be4e4257ac9_002full.jpg)\n\nFigure 1: Marahui Project Location Map\n\nTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:\nhttps://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/7003/314280_6cd08be4e4257ac9_002full.jpg\n\nMarahui Exploration Drilling Results\nThor has carried out 18,439m of its budgeted 25,000m reverse circulation\n(\"RC\") drilling program as part of its ongoing exploration programme, which is\nfocused on a north-westerly-trending line of shallow artisanal workings.\n\nDrill samples are analysed by SGS Laboratories in Yamoussoukro using the\nFAA505 fire assay method with a 50g charge. Significant intersections are\npresented in Table 1, and the complete drillhole summary is provided in\nAppendix 1.\n\nGold mineralisation occurs in a subvertical, en-echelon vein array within a\nnorth-westerly-trending shear zone approximately 200m wide and extending for\nmore than 4km along strike (Figure 2). Drill-line spacing ranges from 100m to\n400m. Results to date suggest that individual veins have apparent strike\ncontinuity of up to 700m and estimated true widths of up to approximately 7m.\n\nDrilling to date has tested approximately 30% of the overall geological trend.\nAdditional discrete geochemical anomalies have been identified along the trend\nand are scheduled for drill testing in the coming months. The Company\nconsiders the initial results highly encouraging, highlighting a new\nexploration opportunity with the potential to support a future standalone\noperation, subject to further exploration and technical and economic\nevaluation.\n\n Hole ID East North RL Depth Dip Azi- From To Interval (m) Grade True Width (m) \n (m) muth (m) (m) (g/tAu) \n MRRC26-002 522850 960514 377 114 -53.1 234 7 14 7 0.80 5.6 \n MRRC26-004 522884 960540 386 150 -53.9 231 104 107 3 1.30 2.4 \n MRRC26-008 522667 960881 379 152 -54.4 229 129 135 6 5.60 4.8 \n and 93 99 6 0.60 4.8 \n MRRC26-012 522428 961140 348 156 -54.0 231 40 49 9 5.40 7.2 \n MRRC26-021 521611 962175 312 84 -55.0 50 40 45 5 2.00 4.0 \n MRRC26-022 521639 962199 312 84 -54.9 231 22 25 3 2.30 2.4 \n MRRC26-052 523165 960227 378 100 -55.0 230 75 80 5 3.60 4.0 \n MRRC26-053 523127 960196 374 100 -55.0 230 35 43 8 3.60 6.4 \n MRRC26-062 521561 962304 317 100 -55.0 230 25 30 5 1.70 4.0 \n MRRC26-083 523552 959309 399 102 -55.0 230 93 96 3 5.00 2.4 \n MRRC26-098 522294 961400 326 102 -55.1 230 85 90 5 2.50 4.0 \n MRRC26-114 523190 960234 380 183 -55.0 230 106 111 5 0.90 4.0 \n MRRC26-115 521941 961985 298 132 -55.0 230 74 80 6 6.20 4.8 \n and 65 72 7 0.80 5.6 \n MRRC26-137 521927 961972 299 60 -54.8 230 33 42 9 1.20 7.2 \n MRRC26-138 523092 960302 375 135 -55.3 230 114 117 3 2.70 2.4 \n MRRC26-143 522569 960932 380 120 -55.1 230 50 58 8 3.40 6.4 \n MRRC26-160 522732 960810 363 112 -55.0 230 18 21 3 1.79 2.6 \n\n \n\nTable 1: Marahui Project Significant Results\n(0.3 g/t Au lower cut off; minimum width 3m with 3m max internal waste)\n\n(https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/7003/314280_thor2.jpg)\n\nFigure 2: Marahui Project Drillhole Location Plan\n\nTo view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit:\nhttps://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/7003/314280_thor2.jpg\n\nConclusions\nInitial RC drilling at Marahui has confirmed gold-bearing vein mineralisation\nwithin a northwesterly-trending shear corridor approximately 200 m wide and\nextending for more than 4km. Mineralisation occurs in a subvertical,\nen-echelon vein array, with results to date suggesting apparent strike\ncontinuity of up to 700 m for individual veins and estimated true widths of up\nto approximately 7m.\n\nThor has completed 171 RC drillholes testing the interpreted shear zone. The\nprogram is ongoing and assays remain pending, to be released as received.\nSignificant intersections include 6m at 6.20g/tAu from 74m in MRRC26-115, 6m\nat 5.60g/tAu from 129 m in MRRC26-008 and 8m at 3.40g/t Au from 50m in\nMRRC26-143. These intervals are downhole lengths.\n\nWith approximately 30% of the overall geological trend tested by drilling,\nconsiderable scope remains for further exploration. Additional discrete\ngeochemical anomalies have already been identified and are scheduled for drill\ntesting in the coming months, providing a clear pipeline of follow-up targets.\nThese encouraging results reinforce Marahui's potential within Thor's\nexploration portfolio in Côte d'Ivoire and provide a strong foundation for\nthe next phase of work. The potential for a future standalone operation\nremains subject to further exploration and technical and economic evaluation.\n\nQualified Person\nThe above information has been prepared under the supervision of Alfred\nGillman (Fellow AusIMM, CP), who is designated as a \"qualified person\" under\nNational Instrument 43-101 and the AIM Rules and has reviewed and approves the\ncontent of this news release. British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 15, 2026) - Thor\nExplorations Ltd.
