In parallel, the\nCompany and Whitespace have established a co-design programme, structured with\nspecialist consulting and quantum security partners, through which regulated\nfinancial institutions are being invited to help shape the Platform’s\nrequirements ahead of any pilot deployment. To date, three financial\ninstitutions have been invited to participate, one of which has confirmed its\nparticipation, with the partnership structure now being finalised.\n\n \n\nStrategic Rationale and Market Position\n\n \n\nFinancial institutions are subject to regulatory requirements to retain and\nretrieve certain electronic communications. Existing archiving and\nrecord-keeping systems provide for the storage and retrieval of these\ncommunications. The Company believes there is an opportunity to supplement\nthese systems with cryptographic verification of the authenticity and\nintegrity of communications, including evidence of whether a communication has\nbeen altered following its creation.\n\n \n\nThe Company believes this is becoming increasingly relevant as organisations\nconsider their transition to post-quantum cryptography following the\npublication of post-quantum cryptographic standards by NIST. The Platform’s\ninitial focus is on secure messaging for financial institutions and regulatory\nbodies, with other potential applications to be considered as the Technology\ndevelops.\n\n \n\nThe Company looks forward to providing further updates as the Platform\nprogresses through the product development lifecycle, including on its\nintended commercialisation strategy, potential routes to market and engagement\nwith prospective customers and industry partners.\n\n \n\nFor more information please contact:\n \n\n Vault Ventures PLC Brian Stockbridge +44 (0) 20 3855 5551 \n Alfred Henry Corporate Finance Ltd Nick Michaels, Maya Klein Wassink AQSE Corporate Advisor +44 (0) 20 8064 4056 \n\n \n\n\n\nCopyright (c) 2026 PR Newswire Association,LLC.
