The project will be carried out under a general contract for the\nhousing association AKB Taastrup, which is managed by KAB.\n\nThe final contract is expected to be signed on 15 October, following\nexpiration of the standstill period, and will be conditional upon obtaining\nschedule B approval from Høje-Taastrup Municipality. The contract covers\nphase 2 of the area's master plan as well as an option for phase 3, which is\nexpected to be contracted during 2028-29. Combined, the two phases involve\nwork valued at DKK 665 million.\n\nThe refurbishment follows the \"Fremtidens Taastrupgaard\" master plan, which is\nsupported by the Danish Building Fund. The master plan aims to significantly\nimprove the quality of the neighborhood and the homes, while meeting the\nrequirements of the Danish Parliament’s \"Parallel Society Package\" regarding\nthe creation of mixed urban and residential areas with a wider range of\nservices. The first phase of the master plan has already been completed;\nphases 2 and 3 entail a comprehensive refurbishment of 19 residential blocks\ncomprising a total of 522 homes, along with landscaping and paving work.\n\nAs part of the refurbishment, two blocks will be demolished and 102 homes\nabolished, while several of the remaining homes will be converted into new\nhousing types such as youth housing, accessible housing, and \"drive-in\"\nhousing, and some homes will be merged. The facades of the blocks will be\nreplaced or retrofitted with additional insulation, and new heating and\nventilation systems, electrical installations, balconies, floors, and kitchens\nwill be installed.\n\nWork will commence in the first quarter of 2027 and be completed in the first\nquarter of 2030. Phase 2 involves 301 housing units, which will be reduced to\n214. Phase 3 involves 221 units, which will be reduced to 183.\n\n\"We look forward to collaborating with AKB Taastrup, KAB, and the\ndeveloper’s advisers to future-proof Taastrupgaard in one joint project team\nfocused on progress, quality, and handover by block to minimise inconvenience\nfor residents. We have a solid plan that we look forward to realising in close\ndialogue with the residents and their representatives,\" says Kim Thinggaard,\nCEO of Enemærke & Petersen.\n\nThe contract has no impact on MT Højgaard Holding’s expectations for 2026,\nbut it confirms Enemærke & Petersen’s market-leading position in the\nrefurbishment and transformation of social housing, among other things through\nmulti-year construction partnerships with KAB and Civica. Enemærke & Petersen\nis currently engaged in more than 25 housing refurbishment projects.\n\nFurther information:\nCEO Rasmus Untidt and CFO Dennis Nørgaard can be contacted on telephone +45\n31 21 68 72.\n\nAttachment\n* MTHH_Investor news 2Oct26\n(https://ml-eu.globenewswire.com/Resource/Download/e7bdfb81-2315-43a8-b9ad-837196a5b932)","article_body_html":"","raw_payload":{"data":{"id":"nGNE6RhvbT-20261002","title":"REG-MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Enemærke & Petersen wins refurbishment of Taastrupgaard","author":"Globe Newswire","ticker":"MTHH","created":"2026-10-02T14:54:47.060Z","tickers":["MTHH"],"exchange":"Nasdaq Copenhagen","article_body":"MT Højgaard Holding’s business unit Enemærke & Petersen has been awarded\nthe order for an extensive refurbishment of the Taastrupgaard housing complex\nin Taastrup.
