It is encouraging that the\nsamples have returned grades of this quality across multiple prospects and\nover a significant strike length, showing us signs of a large fertile\nmineralised system, rather than an isolated occurrence.\n\n \n\nWe are fortunate to have multiple targets across our licence package and we\nare therefore continually working on prioritising and ranking our prospects\nand targets. Mineralisation in the basin is typically controlled by redox\nboundaries at the contact between reduced, carbonaceous sedimentary units and\noxidised red-bed sequences, a setting comparable to that of the nearby\nOkohongo Cu-Ag deposit and other regional discoveries.\n\n \n\nServal holds a four-licence, 789 km² package within this prospective trend.\nEPL 7081 is Serval’s priority licence within the Kaoko Basin, hosting some\nof Serval’s key targets, being the Omatapati, Horseshoe and Otjozongombe\nWest and East prospects. Over 9,000 metres of drilling was carried out on the\nKaoko Basin projects by the previous owner, Kalahari Copper Limited, and a\nnumber of promising drilling intercepts were made, including OGW005 with 13\nmetres at 5.03% Cu-Eq (4.57% Cu and 34 ppm Ag) and OPR002 with 13 metres at\n3.32% Cu-Eq (1.82% Cu and 109.8 ppm Ag).\n\n \n\nFollowing completion of geological mapping across the licence, announced on 8\nSeptember 2026, a total of 114 surface grab samples were collected, of which\n68 were selected and submitted to ALS Laboratories for multi-element\ngeochemical analysis. Samples were collected from a range of distinct\nmineralised horizons and styles logged during the mapping programme, including\nquartz vein-hosted, stockwork, disseminated and fracture-fill copper\nmineralisation, comprising both supergene (oxide) and hypogene (primary\nsulphide) copper minerals.\n\n \n\nSix prospects on EPL 7081 were mapped and during this process, a new Cu\nmineralisation occurrence was discovered and mapped. This new prospect has\nbeen named Okamborombonga and takes the number of Serval’s confirmed Cu\nprospects in its Kaoko Basin portfolio from 12 to 13. The location of this new\nprospect is of particular interest as it occurs in the Nosib Group, a\nstratigraphic rock unit not traditionally known for Cu mineralisation.\n\n \n\nCopper-equivalent (Cu-Eq%) grades are used in this announcement to express the\ncombined value of Cu and Ag in a single sample as one metal, calculated from\neach sample’s Cu and Ag grades using prevailing metal prices, allowing\nsamples of varying Cu:Ag ratios to be compared and ranked on a like-for-like\nbasis.\n\n \n\nThe table below presents the average grades of the samples submitted on a per\nprospect basis, as well as the three highest grade samples (in Cu-Eq%) for\neach of the prospects.\n\n \n\n Prospect Sample ID Cu (%) Ag (ppm) Cu-Eq (%) 1 \n Omatapati Average of all 6 samples 2.78 194.5 5.39 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n W20409 5.29 468.0 11.57 \n W20408 4.78 359.0 9.60 \n W20406 5.59 259.0 9.06 \n Otjozongombe West Average of all 15 samples 6.17 122.9 7.81 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n K1384 37.80 573.0 45.49 \n K1379 13.15 104.0 14.55 \n K1381 4.50 395.0 9.80 \n Okozonduno Average of all 4 samples 6.60 69.3 7.53 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n O2379 10.70 108.0 12.15 \n O2381 8.97 64.0 9.83 \n O2382 3.96 69.0 4.89 \n Otjozongombe East Average of all 18 samples 1.93 14.3 2.13 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n O2369 5.21 20.0 5.48 \n O2383 2.85 72.0 3.82 \n O2347 3.16 30.0 3.56 \n Horseshoe Average of all 15 samples 3.05 59.5 3.85 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n HS008 13.55 451.0 19.60 \n HS011 8.59 58.0 9.37 \n O2393 3.63 116.0 5.19 \n Okamborombonga Average of all 10 samples 2.68 91.5 3.91 \n Top 3 highest Cu-Eq (%) samples \n O2399 7.06 228.0 10.12 \n O2390 4.39 130.0 6.13 \n O2389 3.29 70.0 4.23 \n \n\n \n1.
