The term “shipments” describes the\nvolume of vehicles delivered to dealers, distributors, or directly from the\nCompany to retail and fleet customers, which generally drive revenue\nrecognition.\n\nConsolidated shipments for the three months ended September 30, 2026, were an\nestimated 1.3 million units, down 1% year-over-year. BEV growth in Enlarged\nEurope was offset by lower volumes in North America, reflecting the planned\nsummer production shutdown, and in Middle East & Africa, mainly due to a drop\nin the Turkish market.\n\n* In North America, Q3 shipments declined by approximately 47 thousand units,\nor 12% year-over-year, primarily due to planned production downtime largely\naffecting certain Jeep(®) models, including the Grand Cherokee and Compass,\neach decreasing by approximately 25 thousand units year-over-year. The\ndecrease in shipments was partially offset by stronger Ram performance, with\nshipments increasing by approximately 17 thousand units year-over-year, driven\nby demand for new and refreshed products and expanded powertrain offerings,\nincluding the Ram 1500 light-duty HEMI® V8 and the new Ram 1500 TRX.\n\n\n* In Enlarged Europe, Q3 shipments increased by approximately 54 thousand\nunits, or 10% year-over-year. Growth came from both Stellantis and\nLeapmotor-branded vehicles, driven by BEV shipments. For Stellantis brands,\nshipment growth was driven primarily by approximately 26 thousand units of the\nSmart Car platform nameplates, including the Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross,\nOpel/Vauxhall Frontera, and Fiat Grande Panda. The new Fiat 500 Hybrid and the\nnew Jeep Compass also contributed positively, adding approximately 6 thousand\nunits and 5 thousand units, respectively. To a lesser extent, Light Commercial\nVehicle shipments also supported growth, increasing by approximately 7\nthousand units, led by BEV versions. These gains were partially offset by a\ndecline of approximately 28 thousand units in shipments of other models,\nincluding Opel Corsa, Opel Mokka, Citroën C4, Alfa Romeo Junior and Peugeot\n2008.\n Leapmotor-branded vehicle shipments increased by approximately 34 thousand\nunits to 44 thousand units, supported by the new launches of the B10 and the\nB03X.\n * In Middle East & Africa, shipments declined by approximately 20 thousand\nunits, or 21% year-over-year, primarily reflecting lower volumes in Türkiye,\ndown approximately 21 thousand units amid weaker market conditions and reduced\nshipments of imported vehicles due to the planned launch in October 2026 of\nlocal production of small vans. Higher shipments in Algeria and Morocco more\nthan offset lower volumes in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which\nwere impacted by the regional conflict.\n\n\n* In South America, shipments decreased slightly year-over-year, by\napproximately 1 thousand units. The growth in Brazil, up approximately 13\nthousand units, due to favorable industry conditions, was more than offset by\nlower shipments in other markets, mainly in Argentina, where shipments\ndeclined by approximately 11 thousand units impacted by weaker market\nconditions.\n\n\n* In Asia Pacific, Q3 shipments at 15 thousand units declined by approximately\n6% year-over-year, primarily due to lower shipments in Japan, amid weaker\nmarket conditions and an unfavorable comparison with higher prior-year volumes\nfrom product launches. Higher volumes in India, including from Smart Car\nplatform vehicles, partially offset the decline.\nNOTES\n\n((1))  Consolidated shipments only include shipments by the Company’s\nconsolidated subsidiaries, which represent new vehicles invoiced to third\nparties (dealers/importers or final customers). Consolidated shipment volumes\nfor Q3 2026 presented here are unaudited and may be adjusted.\n\nWith effect from January 1, 2026, our Maserati reportable segment has been\neliminated, and its shipments are reported consistently with our other brands,\nin that transactions are treated on a “where sold” basis. Comparative\ninformation has been restated.\n\nConsolidated shipments include shipments for Leapmotor International, which is\na jointly established, Stellantis-controlled company created in 2024 and owned\n51 percent by Stellantis and 49 percent by Leapmotor, to distribute\nLeapmotor-branded vehicles outside of China.\n\n# # #\n\nAbout Stellantis\n\nStellantis (NYSE: STLA / Euronext Milan: STLAM / Euronext Paris: STLAP) is a\nleading global automaker, dedicated to giving its customers the freedom to\nchoose the way they move, embracing the latest technologies and creating value\nfor all its stakeholders.
