(\"Pan Global\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: PGZ; OTCQB: PGZFF; FRA:\n2EU) is pleased to announce additional assay results from the Phase 3 drilling\nprogram at the Providencia target (\"Providencia\") at the Company's 100%-owned\nCármenes Project (\"Cármenes\") in northern Spain.\n\nHighlights:\n* Near surface high-grade gold:  * PVD18: 7.29g/t Au over 9.0 meters from\n1.0 meter downhole, including 28.10g/t Au over 2.0 meters\n* The 9.0-meter interval also returned significant polymetallic credits of\n0.72g/t Pt, 0.24g/t Pd, 0.20% Cu, 0.17% Ni and 0.06% Co\n \n* Broad near-surface mineralization:  * PVD17: 1.53g/t Au over 38.0 meters\nfrom 17.0 meters downhole, including 2.25g/t Au over 25.0 meters (which\nincludes higher-grade zones of 3.18g/t Au over 10.0 meters at and 3.70g/t Au\nover 2.0 meters)\n* PVD19: Returned multiple gold intervals, including 2.57g/t Au over 2.0\nmeters, 2.46g/t Au over 6.0 meters and 1.60g/t Au over 2.0 meters \n* A separate uncut interval of 0.81g/t Au over 30 meters from surface in PVD19\ndemonstrates a broad, continuous envelope of near-surface gold mineralization\nthat extends well beyond the cut-off based higher-grade zones\n \n* Depth and Scale Potential:  * PVD17 was drilled beneath previous hole PVD03\nand returned substantially higher grades than the overlying intercept,\nindicating potential for stronger gold mineralization at depth\n* The mineralization remains wide open in several directions, providing\nimmediate opportunities to expand the scale of this new discovery\n* Exploration is rapidly advancing across nearby targets, with final\npreparations underway for a maiden drill campaign at the Profunda target,\nlocated just 1 kilometer south of Providencia \n“We are highly encouraged by the exceptional combination of near-surface\nhigh-grade gold, broad mineralized intervals, and compelling evidence that\ngrades are strengthening at depth. With mineralization completely open in\nmultiple directions, Providencia is rapidly shaping up as a significant\ndiscovery,” said Tim Moody, President and CEO of Pan Global. “\n\n“Our drilling is successfully defining the geometry and structural controls\non the system, confirming continuous gold mineralization from surface to a\ndepth of more than 70 meters where it remains open. Historical mine workings\nfurther indicate that this system continues to at least 100 meters below\nsurface. The next phase of follow-up drilling will focus on systematically\ntesting these lateral and depth extensions to determine the true scale of the\ndiscovery. These latest results strongly validate our geological model at\nProvidencia, which sits alongside more than two dozen highly prospective\ntargets across the broader Cármenes Project area.”\n\nNext Steps:\n\nCármenes exploration is advancing rapidly through:\n* Data Integration: Drill results are being integrated with other recent\nexploration data to refine the geological model and prioritize follow-up\nexpansion drilling.\n* Providencia Drilling: The Phase 3 (12-hole) drill program continues at\nProvidencia testing the extent of the gold mineralization.\n* Pending Assays: Assay results are currently pending for three Providencia\ndrillholes, including hole PVD22 in-progress.\n* Profunda Target: Maiden Profunda exploration drill program is scheduled to\nbegin shortly.\n* Regional Exploration: Surface sampling and geological mapping are actively\nunderway to expand regional targets within the broader Cármenes Project area.\nThe latest drill results are summarized in Tables 1 and 2 below.\n\nFigure 1 – Providencia target map, drillhole and cross-section locations\nA-A' (Fig. 1) and B-B’ (Fig. 2)\n\n\n\nFigure 2 – Providencia cross-section showing PVD17 (Historical mine\nprojected on to the section)\n\n\n\nFigure 3 – Providencia cross-section showing PVD18 (Historical mine\nprojected on to the section)\n\n\n\n Table 1 – Selected Providencia Drill Results \n Drillhole From To Interval (1) Au Ag Cu Ni Co \n m m m g/t g/t % % % \n PVD17 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.20 4.5 1.02 0.75 0.36 \n 17.0 55.0 38.0 1.53 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n including 29.0 54.0 25.0 2.25 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n including 38.0 48.0 10.0 3.18 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n including 51.0 53.0 2.0 3.70 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n PVD18 1.0 10.0 9.0 7.29 1.1 0.20 0.17 0.06 \n including 1.0 4.0 3.0 0.49 2.8 0.59 0.51 0.16 \n including 5.0 9.0 4.0 15.90 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n including 7.0 9.0 2.0 28.10 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n PVD19 0.0 2.0 2.0 2.57 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n 14.0 20.0 6.0 2.46 <0.3 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 \n 27.0 29.0 2.0 1.60 <0.3 <0.01 0.01 <0.01 \n\n\n\n\n\n Table 2 – PVD18 Platinum and Palladium \n Drillhole From To Interval (1) Pt Pd Pt+Pd \n m m m g/t g/t g/t \n PVD18 7.0 9.0 2.0 0.72 0.24 0.96 \n\nReporting Notes:\n1. All reported drill intervals are downhole lengths. Additional drilling is\nrequired to determine the geometry and true thickness of the mineralized\nzones.\n2. For exploration reporting purposes, highlighted gold intervals have been\ncalculated using a 0.5 g/t Au lower cut-off and allow up to three meters of\nconsecutive internal dilution, while all other intervals use a 0.1 g/t Au\ncut-off. No top-cut has been applied.\n3. The broader uncut interval of 0.81g/t Au over 30.0 meters in PVD19 is\nreported to demonstrate the broad, continuous anomalous nature of the gold\nmineralization and to facilitate comparison with previously reported drill\nresults. Uncut intervals are not directly comparable to cut-off-based\ncomposite intervals and should not be considered an equivalent composite.\n4. No economic significance should be inferred from the reporting cut-offs\nused for these exploration results.\nTable 3 – Drillhole Collar Information\n\n Hole ID Easting (1) Northing (1) Azimuth (º) Dip (º) Length (m) \n PVD16 (2) 287605 4761229 224 -28 174.0 \n PVD17 287511 4761181 9 -52 127.2 \n PVD18 287510 4761181 345 -75 223.3 \n PVD19 287587 4761203 270 -35 145.7 \n\n(1) Coordinate system: UTM30N ETRS89; (2) Drillhole PVD16 final depth\n(Length) updated\n\nAbout the Cármenes Project\n\nThe Cármenes Project is located on the southeastern extension of the Rio\nNarcea Gold Belt approx. 55 km north of León and comprises five Investigation\nPermits over 5,653 hectares held 100% by Pan Global. The project is approx. 70\nkm east of Orvana Mineral’s operating El Valle-Boinás/Carlés\ncopper-gold-silver mines and 30 km west of the Salamón Gold Project where the\nCompany was recently notified it was successful in its public tender bid\npending an appeal.\n\nCármenes is prospective for multiple bodies or “clusters” of\ncarbonate-hosted hydrothermal breccia style copper, nickel, cobalt, and gold\nmineralization. The area includes the former Profunda and Providencia\ncopper-cobalt-nickel mines that last operated in the 1930s. There was no\nhistorical gold production at Cármenes. The Company’s maiden 2025 drill\nprogram at Providencia yielded a new gold discovery.\n\nAbout Pan Global Resources\n\nPan Global Resources Inc. is actively exploring for copper and gold deposits\nalong with other metals.\n\nThe Company’s flagship Escacena Project, hosting La Romana and Cañada Honda\ncopper-tin-gold mineral resources, is located in the Iberian Pyrite Belt in\nsouthern Spain.\n\nThe Company’s second project, at Cármenes in northern Spain, has a long\nmining history and excellent infrastructure. Mr. Merino is not\nindependent of the Company.\n\nSampling, QA/QC and Analytical Procedures\n\nCore size was HQ (63 mm) and all samples were ½ core. Nominal sample size was\n1 meter core length and ranged from 0.5 to 2 meters. Sample intervals were\ndefined using geological contacts with the start and end of each sample\nphysically marked on the core. Diamond blade core cutting and sampling was\nsupervised at all times by Company staff. Duplicate samples of ¼ core were\ntaken approximately every 30 samples, and Certified Reference materials\ninserted every 25 samples in each batch.\n\nSamples were placed in sealed bags and delivered to the ALS sample preparation\nfacility in Seville in Spain and assayed at the ALS facility in Ireland. All\nsamples were crushed and split (method CRU-31, SPL22Y) and pulverized using\n(method PUL-31). Gold, platinum and palladium analysis was by 50-gram fire\nassay with ICP finish (method Au-ICP-24) and multi element analysis was\nundertaken using a 4-acid digest with ICP AES finish (method ME-ICP-61). Over\ngrade base metal results were assayed using a 4-acid digest ICP AES (method\nOG-62).\n\nFOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT:\n\nJason Mercier, VP Investor Relations and Communications \njason@panglobalresources.com / investors@panglobalresources.com \nTel: +1-236-886-9518\nwww.panglobalresources.com\n\nForward-looking statements\n\nStatements which are not purely historical are forward-looking statements,\nincluding any statements regarding beliefs, plans, expectations, or intentions\nregarding the future. Pan Global is committed to\noperating safely and with utmost respect for the environment and our partnered\ncommunities. The Company operates under the principles, of the United Nations\nGlobal Compact.\n\nTo learn more about Pan Global Resources, please visit the Company’s\nCuration Connect showcase\n(https://www.globenewswire.com/Tracker?data=WEtK3cOpiVTY4AuWllEufu6VNxV3BKKP2Qb1T5nOjBtqBekjU8azJ980G615VrvbkTRfm07WJTVdK8Vm289hzJwbedskhwYvY0BWT5wqhADqpni0HGGSOV-7ZhmG8z6b_fgEBatvzP5SZ0N6WOEYFq6FtcFm2lo-cMW3Mjml1-wNhzpQoUN1KTRmGznaXcmKIn6lCgsyK25nQhvxQpHTLA==)\nand explore AI-generated responses to your enquiries.\n\nQualified Persons\n\nÁlvaro Merino, Vice President Exploration for Pan Global Resources and a\nqualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has approved the\nscientific and technical information for this media release.
