The Corporation has presented these non-GAAP\n financial measures because it\n\nbelieves that these measures provide useful and comparative information to\n assess trends in the Corporation's\n\nresults of operations and financial condition. Presentation of these non-GAAP\n financial measures is consistent\n\nwith how the Corporation evaluates its performance internally and these\n non-GAAP financial measures are\n\nfrequently used by securities analysts, investors and other interested parties\n in the evaluation of companies in\n\nthe Corporation's industry.
