(CSE: GSTR) (OTCQB: GSTRF) (FSE: VO20) (\"Glenstar\" or the\n\"Company\") is pleased to report that the Company has had a very productive\nyear since it began the Phase 1 drill program at its Green Monster Project\n(\"Green Monster\"), located in Clark County, Nevada in May of 2025.\n\nSince initiating drilling at the Green Monster in May 2025, Glenstar has\nachieved several significant milestones that have advanced the project and\nenhanced the Company's understanding of its mineral potential. Over the past\nyear, Glenstar has confirmed significant polymetallic mineralization,\ncompleted two drill programs, expanded its geological knowledge through\nadvanced geophysical surveys, and is currently evaluating next-generation\nexploration technologies to support future drilling and target development.\nThese achievements build upon the Company's previous corporate and project\nupdate issued on September 11, 2025\n(https://api.newsfilecorp.com/redirect/vEnveTDEXr), and continue to move the\nGreen Monster Project forward in a positive and systematic manner.\n\n\"Over the past year, Green Monster has evolved from a compelling exploration\ntarget into a project with demonstrated high-grade polymetallic mineralization\nand multiple avenues for further advancement,\" stated David Ryan, President\nand CEO of Glenstar Minerals. \"While additional work is required to fully\nunderstand the geological controls on mineralization, the results to date\ncontinue to support our belief that Green Monster may host a robust\nmineralized system with significant exploration potential.\"\n\nPhase 1 Discovery Confirms High-Grade Polymetallic Mineralization\n\nFollowing the initial reverse circulation Phase 1 drill program that was\nconducted in May of 2025, assays showed that Green Monster contained a zone of\nhigh-grade >30% zinc along with 5.7 oz/t silver, 0.0523% nickel, 0.0019%\ncobalt and >36% copper. Mineralization was intersected at depths from ~131\nmetres (~430 feet) to ~142 metres (~465 feet) and occurs in the hanging wall\nof the larger district scale Green Monster Fault Zone. This zone of robust\npolymetallic mineralization was discovered at Hole GMST-4 which was drilled to\ntest a magnetic high that was identified during previous exploration field\nsampling work. This area was considered to be the \"discovery\" zone.\n\nThe mineralization was intersected within a complex rock unit mostly comprised\nof limestone, sandstone, and shale; which is known to be disrupted by numerous\nthrust faults and is contained within a strongly decalcified section of the\nhost rocks. The alteration appeared to consist of acid leaching of carbonate\nfrom the host limestone by hot water fluids which permeated the host rock\nduring mineralization. This represents a strong decalcification event in which\ncarbonate was flushed from the host rock, resulting in high permeability of\nthe zone. The permeable zone was then invaded by ore forming fluids travelling\nthrough the porous zone and resulting in the deposition of zinc, silver,\ncopper, and cobalt being flooded into the altered area during the main\nmineralization event.\n\nThis style of alteration and mineralization in carbonate host rocks is a\nsignificantly important type of ore formation and is seen as the primary\nmineralizing style for the large gold deposits of the Carlin Trend in Nevada.\nAlso of note is that the base metal intercept in GMST-4 contains highly\nanomalous gallium up to 50 g/t, which is considered quite noteworthy given\nthat the average worldwide production grade of gallium is approximately 50 g/t\nwith most of the production coming from zinc rich polymetallic deposits.\n\nThe Company also applied to the Bureau of Land Management (\"BLM\") for a permit\nto conduct a second phase of drilling at Green Monster, which was granted in\nlate November. The permit allowed Glenstar to drill nine (9) holes over four\n(4) locations on the property and was planned to be comprised of approximately\n300 metres (984 feet) of strike length drilling exploration. The Company\nplanned to collar two (2) holes in the area of the primary drilling that was\nconducted on Phase 1; three (3) holes were slated to focus on the area\nconsidered the \"discovery\" zone where Hole GMST-4 was drilled; and two (2)\nholes each at two (2) sites situated further west along what was believed to\nbe the mineralized east-west trending belt.\n\nIn December of 2025 Glenstar contracted Alloy Drilling of Elko, Nevada, to\nconduct the Phase 2 reverse circulation drill program at Green Monster, which\ncommenced December 15 and continued into January and early February of 2026,\nallowing for a break over the Christmas holiday season.\n\nPhase 2 Drilling Expands Geological Knowledge of Green Monster\n\nThe Phase 2 drill program concluded in early February, and all the samples\nwere sent to ALS Chemex in Vancouver, B.C. for assay analysis. Ultimately, six\n(6) holes were drilled to various depths from 500 feet to 585 feet, and angles\nfrom vertical to 65 degrees. A track mounted RC drill was utilized for this\nsecond round of drilling, and preliminary observations by project geologist\nBob Marvin in the field indicated that three of the six holes drilled\ncontained highly fractured rock with abundant clay alteration and brightly\ncoloured orange and red oxide minerals and decalcification. The six (6) holes\nwere collared at three (3) drill pads, with three (3) holes being drilled at\nthe site of the \"discovery\" hole that was encountered in the Phase 1 drill\nprogram; two (2) of these holes were considered to be of substantial interest\nwhile the third hole did not exhibit the same level of fracturing and\nalteration. One hole was collared approximately 90 meters to the southwest of\nthe \"discovery\" hole and the rock recovered from this hole also indicated\nsubstantial fracturing and alteration of the rock with abundant clay along\nwith bright orange and red oxide minerals. This hole is also considered to be\nof significant interest, however, a visual inspection of the rock from two\nholes drilled at the original area of interest were considered to be\nunremarkable. The Phase 2 drill program consisted of a total of ~3,320 feet.\n\nAssay results from Phase 2 were returned to the Company in early April of 2026\nand continued to show polymetallic mineralization along the trend line that\nwas drilled in the Phase 1 drill program. Numerous polymetallic zones were\nencountered during Phase 2 and the assay results confirmed that the area of\ninterest continues to be significantly mineralized and quite geologically\ncomplex. The grades reported were less than anticipated but continued to\nsupport the findings of the Phase 1 drill program, while at the same time\nraising a number of interesting questions. As a result of this geological\ncomplexity, it was determined that further geophysical work is required to\naddress the data that is currently inconclusive, but promising, and to provide\na clearer understanding of the type of structure and system contained within\nthe property.\n\nEvaluating Next-Generation Exploration Technologies\n\nTo gain a more detailed understanding of Green Monster following the Phase 2\nprogram, the Company continues to evaluate the various assay results and looks\nto introduce some of the latest available technological advancements in\ngeophysical survey methodology. One such advancement under consideration is\nwhat is known as a Terean geophysical survey. This type of survey is regarded\nto be cost effective and has been utilized in a variety of mineral exploration\napplications to assist in mapping faults and structural controls on\nmineralization. These include innovations in defining depth to competent rock,\nquantifying overburden, imaging paleochannels & alteration zones, and\nidentifying weathered and fractured zones that could indicate the presence of\nlarge faults and their orientation. Glenstar management and geological team\nare currently evaluating the best use of the Terean technology at Green\nMonster and will be determining the next phase of exploration in the near\nfuture.\n\nCompany Projects\n\nThe Green Monster Property is comprised of 35 federal lode claims covering\n~700 acres located in Clark County, Nevada, on the west trending spur of the\nSpring Mountains and is approximately 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas. Until\nthe recent drill program in May of 2025, no drilling had previously been\nconducted on the property, but the Company's previous identification of robust\nnickel-copper with highly anomalous cobalt from sampling work done in 2022\nindicated that several targets were ideal for shallow RC drilling.\n\nThe Wildhorse Property is comprised of 61 mineral claims, representing 1,220\nacres (494 hectares) in Mineral County, Nevada, and was initially targeted\nafter compilation of all available data, including notes of a 1975 field\nexamination contained in the Anaconda Company archives housed at the\nUniversity of Wyoming. The claims show historical workings that date from the\nlate 1800's and early 1900's.\n\nAbout Glenstar Minerals Inc.\n\nGlenstar is a mineral exploration company with a focus on polymetallic\nminerals. These elements are classified as critical minerals and are essential\nin the manufacturing of advanced electronics, energy storage systems, and\nother critical technologies supporting the global energy transition.\nGlenstar's shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE): symbol\n\"GSTR\", on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange; symbol \"VO20\", and on the\nOver-the-Counter market (OTCQB) in the USA: symbol \"GSTRF\".\n\nQualified Person\n\nThe scientific and technical information contained in this news release has\nbeen reviewed and approved by Robert Marvin, P.Geo.
