(\"Orosur\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV:OMI)(AIM:OMI)(OTC\nPINK:OROXF), is pleased to announce an update on the Company's exploration\nproject at El Pantano in Argentina (\"El Pantano\" or the \"Project\").\n\nEl Pantano - Argentina\n\nThe El Pantano project is an early-stage gold/silver exploration project in\nSanta Cruz province, southern Argentina.\n\nThe Project comprises approximately 560km(2) of contiguous granted licences in\nthe prolific Deseado Massif of Santa Cruz Province, roughly 45km from Anglo\nGold's Cerro Vanguardia mining camp and 100km SE of Newmont Mining's giant\nCerro Negro mine.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/de7f6eea-9df1-439d-9928-02f1302680e6/image20260722002825d8t5sp.png)\nFigure 1. Project Location\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/7bc20b88-0887-4eb4-92f4-4f235f3774b5/image202607220028258wbhn6.png)\nFigure 2. Licence Package\n\nEl Pantano was subject to an Exploration & Joint Venture agreement (\"JV\nAgreement\") with private Argentinean company Deseado Dorado S.A.S and its\nshareholders (\"Deseado\"), the details of which were announced on February\n15(th), 2022.\n\nThe JV Agreement required exploration expenditure of US$3m over 5 years from\nFebruary 14(th), 2022, in two phases to earn 100% ownership of the Project.\nThe Company completed the first phase of the JV Agreement, having invested\nUS$1m over three years as announced on February 17(th), 2025. With the\nrecently completed drilling program, the Company has now completed the Phase 2\ncommitments of US$2m ahead of the required deadline and, as such, has\nexercised its option to retain 100% ownership of the Project.\n\nAs part of the Phase 2 obligations, the Company has granted to the original\nvendors a 2% NSR royalty on future production, 1% of which the Company may\npurchase for US$1m at its discretion.\n\nExploration Work\n\nWhile displaying positive surface geology, the Project had seen little\nhistorical modern exploration, apart from some superficial geochemical and\ngeophysical work in the SE quadrant by a previous company. No drilling had\never been undertaken within the Project area.\n\nSince inception of the JV Agreement, the Company had conducted large scale\nreconnaissance mapping, sampling, geochemical and geophysical programs across\nthe project area. Results of these work programs supported the Company's\nthesis that the Project had the potential to host a major epithermal mineral\nsystem.\n\nAs a result, the Company then committed in late 2025, to the first drill\nprogram ever undertaken within the Project area.\n\nCommencing in November 2025, 24 diamond drill holes, for a total of 5533m were\ncompleted across the Project area, targeted to address a number of geological\nareas:\n*\nTest sources of geochemical anomalism\n*\nAssess a variety of Induced Polarisation responses\n*\nIntersect, if possible, mineralised structures indicative of the low\nsulphidation epithermal model being postulated at El Pantano\n*\nGain understanding of the vertical variations in the system, especially in\nrelation to the potential for fluid boiling.\n\nIn a general sense, the broad objective of the program is to determine if a\nmineral system is present at El Pantano, and if so, develop exploration plans\nfor further work.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/1bba6418-44d8-44b2-81c8-7f79badfab28/image.png)\nFigure 3. El Pantano geology and geochemistry\n\nDrill holes were spread across the eastern and western extremes of the main\nrift related epithermal system, with several sections being completed to\nfacilitate an assessment of lateral and vertical variations in geochemistry\nand structures.\n\nFull results and discussion of the Project and all work undertaken is included\nin the Canadian National Instrument 43-101-Standard of Disclosure for Mineral\nProjects compliant technical report (\"Technical Report\"), dated 13 July 2026\nwith effective date 15 May 2026, which has been filed on SEDAR, and available\nto view on the Company's website at www.orosur.ca.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/a2528cb2-6682-4e29-ade8-27ef7897cc75/image20260722002825io02j1.png)\nFigure 4. Drill hole locations\n\nDiscussion of Drilling Results\n\nThe rift related, low sulphidation epithermal model being employed at El\nPantano, sees gold and silver mineralization being derived from deep,\nunderlying intrusives, and then concentrated in quartz veins at a higher level\nin structures developed as part of the macro scale Jurassic rifting. At the\nvertical scale, development of economic mineralization is often driven by\nfluid boiling as gold bearing fluids rise up and binding pressures are\nrelaxed.\n\nA key objective then of the drilling campaign, was to intersect such\nstructures, and to gain some information of the vertical zonation and\npotential proximity and vectors toward mineralisation.\n\nEl Pantano West: Structurally Controlled Gold-Bearing Vein Corridors\n\nEl Pantano West target area is interpreted to represent a structurally\ncontrolled low-sulphidation epithermal domain hosted mainly by Jurassic\nvolcanic rocks of the Bajo Pobre Formation. Drilling, geological logging and\nstructural measurements from core indicate a hierarchy of principal vein\ncorridors, subsidiary vein structures and faults. These structures are\ninterpreted to form part of an integrated hydrothermal system rather than\nisolated mineralized occurrences.\n\nInitial scout drilling at El Pantano West returned multiple gold-bearing\nintervals associated with interpreted vein corridors. Examples include\nDH_ELP003, which returned 18.0 m at 0.46 g/t Au, including 4.9 m at 0.79 g/t\nAu; DH_ELP018, which returned several gold-bearing intervals including 27.12 m\nat 0.20 g/t Au and narrower higher-grade sub-intervals; and DH_ELP023, which\nintersected multiple broad anomalous gold-bearing intervals, including 27.0 m\nat 0.14 g/t Au, 23.6 m at 0.13 g/t Au and 20.7 m at 0.12 g/t Au.\n\nThese early results are interpreted as evidence of a structurally controlled\ngold-bearing hydrothermal system developed across multiple vein corridors.\n\nThe current drilling appears to have tested only selected portions of the\ninterpreted structural system. Of particular interest is the central-western\npart of the El Pantano West section, where several interpreted principal\nstructures appear to converge and where multiple gold-bearing intervals have\nbeen encountered. This structural convergence may represent a more focused\nfluid pathway or potential feeder zone that warrants additional drill testing\nat depth and along strike.\n\nThe exploration potential at El Pantano West is not interpreted to be limited\nto depth alone. Near-surface copper anomalism and multiple gold-bearing\nintercepts suggest that the hydrothermal footprint may extend laterally beyond\nthe current drilling. This supports the potential for additional prospective\nstructures along the broader corridor, subject to further exploration and\ndrill confirmation.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/23fb3072-c00d-4f40-bb7d-7a83c318dc92/image202607220028242thqjy.jpeg)\nFigure 5. El Pantano West Interpreted geological section showing drill traces,\nprincipal and secondary vein corridors, interpreted faults, host volcanic\nunits and selected gold intercepts. The section illustrates the structural\ncontrol on gold-bearing intervals and the presence of multiple interpreted\nvein corridors within the western low-sulphidation epithermal domain.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/4ee15688-4fa7-4ebf-afcd-7028c69411d2/image20260722002824sw7crr.jpeg)\nFigure 6. El Pantano West . Detailed drill section for DH_ELP023 showing\nmultiple broad anomalous gold-bearing intervals spatially associated with\ninterpreted principal and secondary vein structures. The section supports the\ninterpretation of a broader structurally controlled hydrothermal corridor\nrather than isolated mineralized intervals.\n\nEl Pantano East: Silica Cap and Advanced Argillic Alteration Target\n\nIn the eastern part of the project, El Pantano East displays a different but\ncomplementary expression of the same broader hydrothermal system. Geological,\ngeochemical and geophysical data indicate the presence of silica cap\ndevelopment, argillic to advanced argillic alteration, strong pathfinder\ngeochemistry and conductive geophysical responses. The eastern domain is\ninterpreted to represent a higher-level or more preserved part of the\nhydrothermal system, where volatile-rich pathfinder elements such as arsenic\nare more strongly expressed at or near surface.\n\nDrilling sections from El Pantano East show broad arsenic-rich pathfinder\nintervals beneath the interpreted silica cap and argillic alteration zone,\nincluding DH_ELP015 with 125.5 m at 232 ppm As and DH_ELP014 with 60.85 m at\n174 ppm As. These arsenic intervals are interpreted as pathfinder geochemical\nresponses. However, in the context of epithermal systems, the presence of\nbroad arsenic anomalism, silica cap development, argillic alteration and\ninterpreted feeder structures supports the concept of a preserved high-level\nhydrothermal environment that warrants follow-up testing for deeper or\nlaterally offset precious metal targets.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/31d04689-2dab-4dab-b582-806827be6bbc/image202607220028241zft5w.jpeg)\nFigure 7. Drill results\n\nSummary\n\nThe west-to-east zonation at El Pantano is a key outcome of the Technical\nReport and provides an important framework for future exploration. The western\ntarget areas show a stronger association of gold, copper and base metal\nresponses, interpreted as representing relatively deeper or more eroded levels\nof the hydrothermal system. In contrast, the eastern target areas are\ncharacterized by silica cap development, argillic to advanced argillic\nalteration and stronger volatile pathfinder element expression, interpreted as\npotentially higher-level or more preserved portions of the system.\n\nThe western and eastern domains are interpreted to form part of a vertically\nand laterally zoned epithermal system controlled by a regional NW-SE\nstructural corridor. This integrated model provides multiple exploration\nvectors, including structurally controlled gold-bearing vein corridors in the\nwest, possible feeder structures at depth, newly identified regional soil\nanomalies south of the principal structure, and preserved pathfinder-rich\nalteration zones in the east.\n\nThe Company views these results as supportive of its thesis that the Project\nhosts a significant epithermal mineral system, and thus worthy of further\nexploration.\n\nSuggested work programs are outlined in the Technical Report. The Company will\nconsider these suggestions and will develop exploration plans over the winter\nrecess.\n\nOrosur CEO Brad George commented:\n\n\"Starting exploration from scratch is never easy, but the work carried out by\nour team support our initial view of the extraordinary prospectivity of El\nPantano. (\"Orosur\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV:OMI)(AIM:OMI)(OTC\nPINK:OROXF), is pleased to announce an update on the Company's exploration\nproject at El Pantano in Argentina (\"El Pantano\" or the \"Project\").\n\nEl Pantano - Argentina\n\nThe El Pantano project is an early-stage gold/silver exploration project in\nSanta Cruz province, southern Argentina.\n\nThe Project comprises approximately 560km(2) of contiguous granted licences in\nthe prolific Deseado Massif of Santa Cruz Province, roughly 45km from Anglo\nGold's Cerro Vanguardia mining camp and 100km SE of Newmont Mining's giant\nCerro Negro mine.\n(https://app.accessnewswire.com/imagelibrary/de7f6eea-9df1-439d-9928-02f1302680e6/image20260722002825d8t5sp.png)\nFigure 1. We now own the project 100%, and so have many options available to\nus\".\n\nFor further information, visit www.orosur.ca, follow on X @orosurm or please\ncontact:\n\nOrosur Mining Inc\n\nLouis Castro, Chairman,\nBrad George, CEO\ninfo@orosur.ca\nTel: +1 (778) 373-0100\n\nSP Angel Corporate Finance LLP - Nomad & Joint Broker\nCaroline Rowe / Jen Clarke / Devik Mehta\nTel: +44 (0) 20 3470 0470\n\nTurner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd - Joint Broker\nAndy Thacker/Guy McDougall\nTel: +44 (0)20 3657 0050\n\nFlagstaff Communications and Investor Communications\n\nTim Thompson\nMark Edwards\nFergus Mellon\n\norosur@flagstaffcomms.com\nTel: +44 (0)207 129 1474\n\nThe information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to\nconstitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations\n(EU) No. 596/2014 ('MAR') which has been incorporated into UK law by the\nEuropean Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
