(TSXV: GLAD) (OTCQB: GDTRF) (FSE: ZX7) (\"Gladiator\" or the\n\"Company\") is excited to announce the latest assay results from Cub East,\nconfirming high-grade copper, gold, and silver mineralization across multiple\ndrill holes.\n\nStep-out drilling has successfully extended high-grade strike continuity to\nover 300 metres, solidifying Cub East as a major discovery within the Bear Cub\ntrend.\n\nHIGHLIGHTS: \n\n1. Continued high-grade strike continuity now confirmed over greater than 300\nmetres, with recent results returning:\n*\n32.0m @ 1.36% Cu, 0.63g/t Au & 10.93g/t Ag from 178.0m\n*\nIncl. 18.0m @ 2.12% Cu, 1.06g/t Au, 16.33/t Ag from 188.0m\n*\n32.77m @ 1.06% Cu, 0.44 g/t Au & 6.37g/t Ag from 176.73m\n*\nIncl. 7.28m @ 2.47% Cu, 1.45 g/t Au, & 15.09 g/t Ag from 186.52m\n*\nAnd 3.70m @ 1.97% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au, & 8.04 g/t Ag from 204.3m\n*\n38m @ 1.20% Cu, 0.43 g/t Au & 10.29 g/t Ag from 168m\n*\nIncl. 15.1m @ 2.41% Cu, 0.93g/t Au &18.85 g/t Ag from 185.4m\n\n2. In addition, six rock chip samples of exposed mineralized copper skarn\nmineralisation were collected from historic trenches located approximately\n300m along strike to the southeast of BCG-017, within the interpreted\nmineralized corridor: \n*\n2.37% Cu, 0.88 g/t Au & 32.6 g/t Ag (SA0047516)\n*\n1.00% Cu, 3.24 g/t Au & 10.8 g/t Ag (SA0047512)\n*\n1.31% Cu, 1.43 g/t Au & 30.8 g/t Ag (SA0047514)\n\nThese samples further support the potential for mineralization to extend\nbeyond the currently drilled Cub East footprint and provide compelling\nnear-surface targets for follow-up drilling \n\n3. Planned drilling metres for 2026 has increased to 50,000m from 35,000m\n\nGladiator CEO Jason Bontempo commented:\n\n\"Cub East continues to deliver exactly the type of results we want to see from\na rapidly emerging high-grade copper-gold-silver discovery with more multiple\nbroad mineralized intercepts extending over 300 metres of strike and further\nreinforcing the continuity of the high-grade copper gold Cub East target.\n\n\"The Cub East target footprint remains open along strike, up-dip and down-dip\nwith a compelling coincident gravity and IP anomaly now defined over more than\n900 metres including recent high-grade copper and gold rock chip samples from\nexposed mineralized skarn, providing a clear and sizeable target area for\ncontinued expansion.\n\n\"With Cub East continuing to advance as one of our highest-priority growth\nareas, Cowley resource delineation drilling underway, and an increase in\nplanned drilling to more than 50,000 metres across the Whitehorse Copper\nProject in 2026, Gladiator is exceptionally well positioned to deliver\nsustained exploration news flow and continue delivering high-grade,\nnear-surface, copper-gold results in one of Canada's most infrastructure-rich\nhistoric copper districts.\"\n\nSUMMARY – CUB EAST\n\nAt Cub East, Gladiator has completed 18 holes for 5,406 metres to date and\nassays have been received for eleven holes. Recently returned assays from Cub\nEast further reinforce the discovery as an emerging high-grade\ncopper-gold-silver centre within the broader 1.5km prospective Bear Cub trend.\nCurrent drilling is targeting down-dip, up-dip and strike extensions across a\ncurrently defined 900-metre coincident gravity and Induced Polarization (IP)\ngeophysical anomaly.\n\nImportantly, the success of IP and gravity as targeting tools provides\nGladiator with a clear technical pathway to continue expanding and\nprioritizing high-impact drill targets at Cub East and the entire Whitehorse\nCopper Project.\n\nResults continue to define a robust mineralized core bounded by interpreted\nfaults to the east and west, with geological modelling suggesting\nmineralization may step up to the west, bringing the system closer to surface\nand potentially linking the previously mined Black Cub South open pit. To the\neast, the system is interpreted to step down, highlighting meaningful depth\npotential and leaving the discovery open for further expansion.\n\nThe high-grade core has now been confirmed over 300 metres of strike\ncontinuity from drill holes BCG-015 to BCG-017, with further step-out drilling\ncontinuing to demonstrate the scale, continuity and growth potential of the\nCub East system.\n\nThis release reports five additional drill holes — BCG-024, BCG-025,\nBCG-030, BCG-031 and BCG-035 — for a total of 1,576m, delivering multiple\nbroad copper-gold-silver intercepts, including:\n*\nBCG-024: 32.77m @ 1.06% Cu, 0.44 g/t Au & 6.37 g/t Ag from 176.73m\n*\nIncl. 7.28m @ 2.47% Cu, 1.45 g/t Au, & 15.09 g/t Ag from 186.52m\n*\nAnd 3.70m @ 1.97% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au, & 8.04 g/t Ag from 204.3m\n*\nBCG-030: 38m @ 1.20% Cu, 0.43 g/t Au & 10.29 g/t Ag from 168m\n*\nIncl. 15.1m @ 2.41% Cu, 0.93 g/t Au &18.85 g/t Ag from 185.4m\n*\nBCG-031: 6m @ 1.10% Cu, 0.49 g/t Au & 11.77 g/t Ag from 168m and\n*\n35.0m @ 0.83% Cu, 0.18 g/t Au & 6.91 g/t Ag from 198.0m\n*\nIncl. 17.0m @ 1.38% Cu, 0.29 g/t Au, 11.75 g/t Ag from 202.00m\n*\nBCG-035: 32.0m @ 1.36% Cu, 0.63 g/t Au & 10.93 g/t Ag from 178.0m\n*\nIncl. 18.0m @ 2.12% Cu, 1.06 g/t Au, 16.33 g/t Ag from 188.0m\n*\nBCG-025: 16.0m @ 0.57% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au & 3.50 g/t Ag from 180.0m\n*\nIncl. 6.3m @ 1.06% Cu, 0.33 g/t Au, 6.41 g/t Ag from 185.7m\n\nIn addition, five rock chip samples of exposed mineralized garnet-diopside\nskarn were collected from historic trenches located approximately 300m along\nstrike to the southeast of BCG-017, within the interpreted mineralized\ncorridor. These samples further support the potential for mineralization to\nextend beyond the currently drilled footprint and provide compelling\nnear-surface targets for follow-up drilling. Newly received results from this\narea include:\n*\n1.00% Cu, 3.24 g/t Au & 10.8 g/t Ag (SA0047512)\n*\n1.31% Cu, 1.43 g/t Au & 30.8 g/t Ag (SA0047514)\n*\n1.67% Cu, 0.79 g/t Au & 38.0 g/t Ag (SA0047515)\n*\n2.37% Cu, 0.88 g/t Au & 32.6 g/t Ag (SA0047516)\n\nRC drilling is scheduled to commence in September, initially targeting these\nhistoric trenches before expanding to additional known targets and\nmineralization proximal to the Cub East discovery. This next phase is expected\nto provide a cost and time-effective opportunity to rapidly test the broader\nstrike potential of the system and generate further news flow from one of\nGladiator's highest-priority growth areas.\n\nCUB EAST DRILL TARGETING\n\nGladiator Metals has commenced a structural geology review at Cub East to\nimprove drill targeting and better understand the controls on high-grade\ncopper-gold mineralisation. Early work has identified northeast-trending\nstructures that appear to host high-grade mineralisation and may represent\npreviously under-tested exploration targets due to the orientation of historic\ndrilling. Combined with the recently completed 3D IP survey, which has\noutlined a mineralised trend exceeding 900 metres, these findings suggest\nsignificant expansion potential at Cub East. The structural model will also be\napplied across Cowley and the broader Whitehorse Copper Belt to support\ndistrict-scale exploration and future discoveries.\n\n(https://images.newsfilecorp.com/files/1930/306060_dab3691b149e79e7_002full.jpg)\n\nFigure 1: Plan map of Black Cub over Drone Aeromagnetic Survey. Gladiator plans to complete at least\n8,000 metres of drilling to support resource delineation under Class 3 permit\nconditions, which allow for greater flexibility and increased drill density\nboth within and beyond the boundaries of the known mineralized system. Using a\nregularly spaced grid, the program will systematically test mineralized zones\nand support comprehensive resource definition.\n\nThe initial priority is to:\n*\nComplete step-out, sectional and infill drilling in areas where high-grade\nmineralisation may be incorporated into future resource models; and\n*\nAssess near-surface high-grade mineralisation for inclusion in future resource\nmodels on both the southern and northern limbs of the deposit. This work is\nintended to maximize the shallow resource potential in areas where drilling\ndirectly above the mineralisation has not previously been possible.\n\nAdditional results are expected in the coming weeks.\n\nTHE WHITEHORSE COPPER PROJECT\n\nThe Whitehorse Copper Project is an advanced-stage high grade copper (Cu),\nmolybdenum (Mo), silver (Ag) and gold (Au) skarn exploration project in the\nYukon Territory, Canada.\n\nCopper mineralization was first discovered in 1897 on the Whitehorse Copper\nBelt and comprises over 30 copper-related, primarily skarn occurrences\ncovering an area of 35 km long by 5 km wide on the western margin of\nWhitehorse City, Yukon.\n\nExploration and mining development have been carried out intermittently since\n1897 with the main production era lasting between 1967 and 1982 where\nproduction from primarily the Little Chief deposit totalled 267,500,000 pounds\ncopper, 225,000 ounces of gold and 2,838,000 ounces of silver from 10.5\nmillion tons of mineralized material milled (Watson, 1984). The Whitehorse\nCopper Project is accessible by numerous access roads and trails located\nwithin 2 km of the South Klondike Highway and the Alaska Highway. An extensive\nnetwork of historical gravel exploration and haul roads exists throughout the\nproject area, providing excellent access to the claim package. Access to\nexisting electric power facilities is available through the main Yukon power\ngrid.\n\nPROJECT HIGHLIGHTS\n* Advanced 35 km long high-grade copper belt.\n* Located on western margin of infrastructure rich Whitehorse City, Yukon.\n* Expanded 2026 exploration program now targeting more than 50,000 m of\ndrilling across the Whitehorse Copper Project, with near-term focus on\nadvancing Cowley toward maiden resource definition, accelerating the\nhigh-grade Cub East discovery, and systematically testing multiple\nhigh-priority copper-gold skarn targets across the broader district-scale\nportfolio.\n* Later in the year focus will revert to the known mineralized areas adjacent\nto previous operating mines, including the Chiefs and Arctic Chief-Best Chance\ntrends.\n* Targeting to report maiden high-grade copper NI 43-101 compliant inferred\nresource(s), in 2026 for Cowley on completion of Class 3 delineation drilling.\n* The Project area was a previous producer at Little Chief, Arctic Chief,\nKeewenaw & Black Cub South and other deposits.\n* Between 1967-82 Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, mined 10.5 mt at 1.5% Cu plus\n0.75 g/t Au (Watson P.H. (1984) The Whitehorse Copper Belt - A Compilation.\nYukon Geological Survey, Open File 1984-1).\n* Key Institutional Investors - Dynamic, Mackenzie, Macquarie Bank and Orimco.\nQA / QC\n\nDrilling completed by Gladiator is irregularly spaced to test parts of the\nmineralized systems, holes are directionally surveyed utilising a North\nSeeking Gyro direction tool. Drill collars are subsequently surveyed utilising\na high-accuracy RTK DGPS or DeviSite system. Diamond drilling is usually\ncased, then cored utilising HTW diameter before reducing at shallow depth in\nstable ground to NTW diameter drill core.\n\nMineralized quoted intersections are reported as interval widths and not true\nwidth. True widths of the intersected mineralized skarn system is complex\nmaking an estimate of the true width unreliable. This is due to different\ngrade distributions and angle geometries present related to the form or\noutline of the contact between the granodiorite and sedimentary units as well\ndifferent vein paragenesis and orientations within the various intervals.\nWhere possible, drilling is conducted perpendicular to interpreted\nmineralization.\n\nUpon drilling of diamond core, Gladiator undertakes geological logging,\nmarking up of lineal length of the core, recording core recovery, and Geotech\nmeasurements such as RQD's and taking core photographs.\n\nBased on the geological logging, core is then marked up for sampling with a\nnew sampling ticket that matches the submitted sample for analysis at the\nstart of the sample interval, the drill core is then cut in half utilizing a\ncore saw equipped with a diamond saw blade. The core samples are then sent for\nanalysis and the remaining half core retained for future reference. Certified\nReference Materials (CRMs) or known blank material is placed within the\nsampling sequence at a nominal sampling rate of at least 1 in 20 samples to\nmonitor the Laboratory.\n\nRock chip samples reported in this release were collected by Gladiator\npersonnel from exposed mineralized outcrop and historic trench material as\nrepresentative grab samples of observed skarn mineralization. Sample locations\nwere recorded using handheld GPS, and samples were placed in labelled sample\nbags prior to secure transport to the laboratory. Rock chip samples are\nselective by nature and may not be representative of the average grade or\ncontinuity of mineralization across the broader target area; however, the\nCompany considers the results appropriate for identifying and prioritizing\nprospective areas for follow-up exploration and drilling. The sampling,\nchain-of-custody, analytical procedures and QA/QC protocols applied to the\nrock chip samples are considered suitable for exploration reporting under\nNational Instrument 43-101.\n\nSamples are submitted to the Whitehorse based prep facility of ALS Global\nLaboratory (Canada). Samples subject to this release were crushed to 70% less\nthan 2mm before pulverizing to better than 85% passing <75 microns. Assay\npulps are then transported by ALS to the Vancouver (Langley) facility to be\nanalysed. On occasions where the Whitehorse prep facility has reduced capacity\nto complete preparation of the samples within a timely manner, samples may be\nforwarded by ALS Global to their Langley facility for preparation utilising\nthe same method as described above.\n\nSamples were analysed by ALS method ME-ICP61 (34 Element Aqua Regia with\nICP-AES finish), with over-limit Cu analysed by method CU-OG62 (Aqua Regia\nwith ICP-AES finish). Au was analysed by ALS method AU-AA25 (Ore Grade Au 30g\nFire Assay AA Finish). Gladiator captures required sampling metadata and\nconsiders the QA/QC protocols applied to be suitable for exploration reporting\nunder National Instrument 43-101. The data is considered reliable for\nidentifying future exploration targets and informing follow-up drilling and\nexploration campaigns.\n\nAdditional drilling may be required to further confirm the reliability or\nfuture usability of certain data, including through twinning of reported\nmineralization where appropriate, particularly where collar locations,\ndownhole surveys or historical QA/QC information cannot be independently\nverified.\n\nReferences:\n\nWatson P.H.
